We have been manufacturers and exporters of
loudspeakers and speaker components since 1990, with a 12-year
experience, in development and manufacture in association with
the leading multinational company, PHILIPS INDIA Ltd. We are a
small group of professionals committed to achieving higher and
higher levels of quality and reliability. Our endeavor is to
constantly upgrade our manufacturing techniques and processes
and product range. We have achieved a production level of 9000
speakers per day of which 45 % was meant for export by the
parent company. We have the latest soft ware for the
measurement and testing of loudspeaker parameters, also know
how, equipment and well-trained staff for designing and
manufacture speakers as per customer's requirements.
Our main strength is the design development and manufacture
of the Voice Coils required for any speaker. Using the latest
technology and materials we are able to cater to any coil
design requirement. This makes our product extremely reliable
and consistent.
SPEAKERS AND COMPONENTS
Full range speakers from 1" to 15" round, Woofers from 3"
to 15", Elliptical speakers in various combinations from 2X4"
to 4X6 ", Midrange speakers and tweeters in 1" to 5", Car
speakers from 4" to 7" in different power ratings. Specially
designed speakers for Multimedia and Home theatre
applications. Apart from the standard impedance range of
4,6,8and16 ohms we can give any other value as per customers
requirements.
- Speaker for outdoor application. i.e. Lamp Speakers,
Rock Speakers, Mushroom speakers
- Waterproof speakers using PP cones or specially treated
cones to withstand heat and humidity encountered during wet
seasons outdoors.
- Components i.e. coils in Kraft, Nomex, Aluminum or
Kapton in various dia. from 12.26 mm to 50 mm.
- Metal parts like top plates, core plates shield caps and
small baskets.
- Hi Fi boxes for home use, Base bins and P A boxes for
public functions.
- Cross over networks for two way and three way systems in
6db and 12db, for 4 and 8 ohms and power ratings from 20W.

component manufacturing and management in Philips. Has
undergone training in various Philips factories in
Europe and Far East. After retiring from Philips started
Technic Electronics to manufacture of Loudspeakers for
Philips in 1991. |

engineer having more than 10 years experience in
loudspeakers manufacturing. Has worked with his father
Mr. P. V. Shet, from the start of activity. He also had
initial training in loudspeakers in Philips. Specializes
in electronic instrumentation and maintenance. Also
handle all activities related to production, imports and
taxation BOM finalisation ,banking and planning
